本标准规定了水泥木屑板的术语、定义、规格、产品标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、产品质量合格证及使用说明书、包装、贮存、运输等。
本标准适用于普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料，木屑为主要填料，木丝货木刨花为加筋材料，加入水和外加剂，平压成型、保压养护，调湿处理等制成的建筑板材。
