JC/T 60010-2022 Technical specification for construction of repairing mortar
1 General provisions
1.0.1 This specification is formulated with a view to standardize the technical requirements for construction of repairing mortar, ensure the work quality, and achieve advanced technology, reliable quality, safety, serviceability and economic applicability.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the construction, inspection and acceptance of repairing mortar used for the repair and reinforcement of concrete structures of existing buildings and structures.
1.0.3 In addition to this specification, the materials, damage investigation and repair plan, construction, inspection and acceptance of repairing mortar shall also meet the requirements of relevant the current national standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 repairing mortar
cement mortar used for repairing buildings and structures, composed of hydraulic cementing materials, mineral admixtures, fine aggregates, additives and other component in proper proportion, and stirred evenly with a certain proportion of water or other liquid materials when used
2.0.2 substrate treatment
physical or chemical treatment for the surface in order to improve the bonding ability between the repair material and the original member, or between the old and new base materials. Physical treatment is mainly adopted in repair works.
2.0.3 reinforcement treatment
fully exposure and physical or chemical derusting of corroded reinforcement in the repair range, as well as the anti-rust treatment via technical means for the above treated reinforcement
3 Materials
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 The water used for mixing the repairing mortar should be drinking water. If other water source is used, the water quality shall meet the requirements of the current professional standard JGJ 63 Standard of water for concrete.
3.1.2 In the liquid of two-component repairing mortar, the contents of VOC and free formaldehyde shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50325 Standard for indoor environmental pollution control of civil building engineering; during the period of validity, the liquid of two-component repairing mortar shall be free from flocculation, impurities, and shall not be frozen.
3.1.3 The repairing mortar shall be adapted to the performance of the repaired substrate, and shall meet the design requirements.
3.2 Performance requirements of repairing mortar
3.2.1 In this specification, the repairing mortar is divided into repairing mortar for surface modification repairing mortar and structural enforcement repairing mortar according to the different construction positions and use methods of repairing mortar.
3.2.2 The basic and additional performance of surface modification repairing mortar shall meet the requirements for flexible repairing mortar specified in the current professional standard JC/T 2381 Repairing mortar.
3.2.3 The basic and additional performance of structural enforcement repairing mortar shall meet the requirements for rigid repairing mortar specified in the current professional standard JC/T 2381 Repairing mortar.
3.3 Supporting materials
3.3.1 The interface agent shall meet the requirements of current professional standard JC/T 907 Interface treating agent for concrete.
3.3.2 The mesh shall meet the requirements of current professional standard JC/T 841 Alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh.
3.3.3 Other supporting materials shall meet the requirements of current professional and industrial standards.
4 Damage investigation and repair plan
4.1 Damage investigation
4.1.1 Cause and nature of the damage shall be analyzed according to the design of the buildings and structures, raw materials, construction conditions, service process, environmental conditions, accidental accidents, etc.
4.1.2 The damage can be divided into non-structural damage and structural damage based on the severity of the damage.
