This standard is applicable to the determination of soluble chloride, fluoride, silicate, sodium ion and leaching solution pH of thermal insulation materials covering austenitic stainless steel, such as mineral wool and its products, calcium silicate, composite silicate, expanded perlite, foam asbestos, foam glass, aerogel thermal insulation products, thermal insulation and fire retardant coatings, and also applicable to the determination of soluble chloride, fluoride, silicate, sodium ion and leaching solution pH of thermal insulation materials for other purposes. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
