1 General provisions
1.0.1 This code is developed to ensure that the design, manufacturing, installation, demolition and use of gantry frame and headframe hoisters (hereinafter referred to as hoisters) meet the safety technical requirements and ensure the installation, demolition and construction operations of hoisters as well as the personal safety.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, manufacturing, installation, demolition and use of hoisters powered by winch or hoisting motors and with suspended cage vertically running along the guide rails in construction and municipal engineering. It is not applicable to elevators, mine hoisters and lifting platforms.
1.0.3 In addition to this code, the design, manufacturing, installation, demolition and use of hoisters shall also meet the current relevant standards of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 self-lifting platform
operating platform for the installation and demolition of standard section of guide rail frame and vertically lifting and descending along the guide rail frame by auxiliary facilities
2.0.2 safety anchoring device
rigid structure being able to reliably bear the dead weight of suspended cage and all working loads when the suspended cage is anchored
2.0.3 auxiliary support frame
rigid member for connecting the guide rail frame and building structure at a certain space
2.0.4 auxiliary support space
vertical distance between two adjacent auxiliary support frames
2.0.5 free height
vertical distance between the last auxiliary support frame and the top of guide rail frame
2.0.6 cable wind rope
steel wire rope for connecting the anchor block and fixing the guide rail frame
2.0.7 anchor block
ground anchor device for fixing the cable wind rope
