It is applicable to the quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering for buildings or structures. It is not applicable to the quality acceptance of installation engineering with automatic building maintenance robot. The quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall meet both the requirements stipulated in this standard and those in relevant current standards of the nation.   2 Terms 2.0.1 building maintenance unit (BMU) permanent suspension access equipment for operations, such as cleaning and maintenance of windows and exterior wall of buildings or structures. It usually consists of suspension rig and platform 2.0.2 building maintenance unit installation engineering process from incoming of the building maintenance unit and installation materials at the construction site to the delivery for use 2.0.3 rail track a device that is mounted on a level or elevation of a building or structure to support and guide the trolley or the rail-climbing device 2.0.4 davit a device that is anchored to roof or similar static structure for suspending working wire ropes and safety wire ropes 2.0.5 suspended platform working device suspended in the air by wire ropes, surrounded by baffles or net plates, used for carrying operators, tools and materials, referred to as platform 2.0.6 trolley a device equipped with traveling wheel, which may travel on a rail track or a specially designed rigid surface and be used for supporting the platform 2.0.7 suspension rig a device used to suspend the platform as part of the unit   3 Basic requirements 3.0.1 The quality acceptance of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall be carried out according to the approved design document and the stipulated contract and meet the relevant requirements of current national standard GB 50300 Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering. 3.0.2 Site construction conditions of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 50231 General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering. 3.0.3 Building maintenance unit installation engineering shall be carried out according to construction drawings, construction organization design or special construction scheme. 3.0.4 The installed building maintenance unit, track system and its auxiliary equipment shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB/T 19154 Building maintenance unit and shall be provided with quality certificate. 3.0.5 Construction quality control of building maintenance unit installation engineering shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 50300 Unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering. 3.0.6 Building maintenance unit shall not be installed until the civil engineering and electromechanical installation works related to the installation of the building maintenance unit are completed and the inspection is passed. 3.0.7 After building maintenance unit installation engineering is completed, the building maintenance unit installation shall not be delivered for use until it is acceptable after inspection.  4 The installation of foundation and embedded parts 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 The construction drawings of the embedded parts and foundation shall be confirmed by the development organization or its representative. 4.1.2 The chemical anchor shall be installed according to the requirements of design documents and product instructions. The gap between the anchor and drilling shall be tightly filled; there shall be no anchoring adhesive loss after installation. In the solidification duration, screw shall be free from obvious displacement. 4.1.3 The concrete strength for foundation shall meet the requirements of design drawing and shall not be less than C30. 4.2 Dominant items 4.2.1 The installation distance between the anchored steel bar of the embedded part and the edge of the concrete foundation shall be greater than 50mm. 4.2.2 Nominal diameter of the embedded part shall not be less than 16mm and shall meet the design strength requirements. 4.2.3 In case of installing chemical anchor bolts, the distance from the center of the anchor bolt to the edge of the foundation or member shall not be less than 7 times the nominal diameter of the anchor bolt, and the center distance between two adjacent anchor bolts shall not be less than 10 times the nominal diameter of the anchor bolt. 4.2.4 The bolt and subplate of the embedded parts shall be subjected to anti-corrosive treatment and free from rust. 4.3 General items 4.3.1 The installation of the embedded parts or track support system of the building maintenance unit shall meet the requirements of the construction drawings of the building maintenance unit. 4.3.2 The position and size of the equipment foundation of the building maintenance unit shall meet the requirements of Table 4.3.2. Table 4.3.2 Positional and dimensional tolerance of foundation for building maintenance unit Item Tolerance (mm) Coordinate position (longitudinal and transversal lines) ±20 Overall dimension of plane ±20 Plane levelness Per m 5 Total length 10 Perpendicularity Per m 5 Total length 10 Embedded part Evaluation +20 4.3.3 The drilling of chemical anchor bolts shall meet the relevant requirements of the current professional standard JGJ 145 Technical specification for post-installed fastenings in concrete structures. 4.3.4 When pouring the foundation concrete of the embedded part, the grout shall be compacted, and there shall be no gap under the subplate of embedded plate.   5 The installation of track system 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The installation of track system shall meet the requirements of the construction drawings. 5.1.2 Welding construction operations shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 50205 Code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures. 5.1.3 When the horizontal track or the track attached to wall of the building maintenance unit is installed overhead on a building structure 2m above the roof, a permanent traveling walkway subjected to anti-corrosive treatment shall be laid along the track, and up and down passage shall be provided. 5.2 Dominant items 5.2.1 The connection installation between the track and the embedded part or the embedded bracket shall be firm and reliable and shall not be loose. 5.2.2 Under the maximum load, the deflection between two support points of the rail track shall not be greater than 1/200 of its span, and the maximum deformation shall not exceed 30mm. 5.2.3 The installation of the fixed mechanical stop at the end of the rail track shall be bolted or welded. 5.2.4 When the weld on the butt joint of the track installation are not on the embedded steel plate of the foundation, a reinforcement subplate shall be provided below the weld; the thickness of the subplate shall not be less than that of the track web. 5.2.5 The movable mechanical stop installed at the butt joint of devices, such as moving track, track turnout or track wheel shall be positioned accurately, firm and reliable. 5.3 General items 5.3.1 Rail track and track connection attachments and anchors shall be subjected to anti-rust and anti-corrosive treatment and shall be free of rust. 5.3.2 Tolerance for installation elevation of the horizontal track shall be 1/600. 5.3.3 When the rail track is installed, the tolerance of upper and lower misalignment as well as left and right misalignment of the interface at the joint shall be 2mm.
