本规则适用于普通用途微型计算机,不适用于工作站及工控机;不适用于具有两个及两个以上独立图形显示单元的微型计算机;不适用于电源额定功率大于750W 的微型计算机;也不适用于显示屏对角线小于0.2946m (11.6in)的便携式计算机及一体机。
本规则适用于微型计算机能源效率标识计量监督检测,委托检测可参考本规则进行。生产和销售微型计算机产品的单位亦可参照本规则进行检测。
