Introduction of JR/T 0020-2004
本标准制定时，主要参考了国家统计局的《国民经济行业分类（GB/T 4754-2002）》。同时借鉴了联合国的《标准产业分类（SIC/Rev.3）》和美国、加拿大、墨西哥共同编制的《北美产业分类体系2002（NAICS）》。本标准的分类基本单位是境内上市公司法人单位，其一般从事多种经济活动；本标准根据上市公司法人单位所从事各项经济活动的营业收入比重或投资收益占总资产的比重，来确定该上市公司的类别。这两点与GB/T 4754-2002有差异。本标准规定了上市公司的分类原则、编码方法、分类结构和代码。本标准为指导性标准，适用于证券行业内的各有关单位、部门对上市公司分类信息进行统计、分析及其他相关工作。
