1 Scope
This standard specifies the communication protocol and data format between vehicle terminal (hereinafter referred to as "terminal") and supervision/monitoring and management platform (hereinafter referred to as "platform") of GNSS for operating vehicles, including the protocol basis, communication link, message handling, protocol classification and specification, and data format.
This standard is applicable to communication between vehicle terminal and platform of GNSS for operating vehicles.
