1 Main Contents and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the inspecting type and method of the Gearbox for Chain Conveyors.
This standard is applicable to gearbox of chain conveyors specified in MT 148; also is applicable to gearbox of the belt conveyor.

3 Inspecting Type
a. Type inspection;
b. Delivery inspection
4 If Any One belongs to the Following Conditions, the Type Inspection shall be Carried Out:
a. Trial production of new products (including interplant transfer of old products);
b. When changes in the design, technology, material etc. that may affect the product performance;
c. Reinstate the production after production halts two years;
d. Inspections for products produced in batch are carried out once each lustrum (extend the time when there is routine inspection and random inspection by national quality inspection center);
e. Where the users have disagreement on product quality and propose arbitration.
