1 Scope
This standard specifies the workshop inspection items, methods, requirements and rules for the complete unit, traveling part driving device and cutting part transmission (driving) device of the drum shearer used for the underground mining longwall coal face (hereinafter referred to as "shearer").
This standard is applicable to the workshop inspection as well as acceptance inspection of various types of shearers.
2 Test Items, Methods and Requirements
2.1 Overall test
The complete shearer is installed at the middle slot (including the attached device on both sides) of the auxiliary scraper conveyor (hereinafter referred to as "conveyor") and the output shaft of traveling part driving device idles (the haulage chain shall not be installed for the chain hauled shearer to make the head sprocket idle; the driving wheel or traveling wheel of the chainless hauled shearer shall be dismantled to make the output shaft or driving wheel idle). The power and cooling water (the water temperature shall not be less than 10℃) are supplied in accordance with the requirements of design technique document and the product instruction (hereinafter referred to as "design requirements") and all oil pools are fuelled according to required quantity and quality. The test contents are detailed in Table 1.
