1 Scope
This standard specifies such data base as the type, nominal pressure, nominal volume and nominal diameter of steel liquefied petroleum gas horizontal tank (hereinafter referred to as horizontal tank); cylinder length, cylinder thickness, formed head thickness, installation dimension, pipe orifice name, pipe orifice dimension and horizontal tank quality.
This standard is applicable to the horizontal tank used for storing liquefied petroleum gas and for which insulation facilities is not equipped with.

3.1 Horizontal tank type
Types of horizontal tanks with their nominal volumes being 3m3 ~ 5m3, 8m3 ~ 50m3 and 80m3~ 1503 and are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 respectively. The installation dimension of a horizontal tank is shown in Figure 4.
