Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 According to "Working Regulation of Power Safety" issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Power as well as the characteristics of electronics industry, this Regulation is formulated with a view to implementing the guideline of safety first and prevention first and safeguarding the safety and health of employees in production.
Article 2 Operation of power equipment shall give the first place to safety and shall be under the integral implementation of the Four-word Guideline, namely, "Safety, Reliability, Economy, Reasonableness".
Article 3 All operators on electrical duties, including maintenance and overhaul, construction and installation, test, design, as well as supervisors, leaders and technology executives must implement this Regulation. Non-electrical personnel are forbidden to repair and disassemble the electrical devices.
Article 4 This Regulation is applicable to the power supply and distribution system under 10 kv or below; and the power supply system under 35 kv or above shall comply with the requirements specified in "Working Regulation of Power Safety".
Article 5 Where the personnel is involved with behaviors against this Regulation and the personal and equipment safety, the behaviors shall be prevented and refused to be implemented.
