1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements and dimensional requirements for battery swap packs in on-board battery swap system for battery electric passenger vehicles.
This document is applicable to on-board battery swap packs for battery electric passenger vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and GB/T 40032 apply.
4 General requirements
4.1 The overall dimensional tolerance of the battery swap pack shall meet the requirements of Table 1. At the same time, the dimensional tolerance of the fixed point position, the electrical interface position and the cooling interface position shall be within the range of -2mm to 2mm.
4.2 The structural strength of the battery swap pack shall be able to meet the needs of battery swap throughout the life cycle.
4.3 The battery swap operation shall be carried out between battery swap packs with the same dimensions, cooling interface, electrical interface, and battery swap mechanism.

5.1.1 Overall dimension
The overall structure of the integral non-flat battery swap pack is shown in Figure 1, and the overall dimensions shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
