1 Subject content and application scope
This standard specifies the limit deviation of dimensions of automobile parts without tolerance indicated.
This standard is applicable to the limit deviation of dimensions without tolerance indicated in the part drawings of automobile products, and also applicable to that after assembly.
This standard is not applicable to dimensions, reference dimensions, geometric structure dimensions, heat treatment and plating/coating area dimensions, profile dimensions, high-elasticity spring part dimensions, inter-process dimensions and coordinate dimensions affected by tolerance accumulation after assembly.
2 Terms
2.1 Holes (female surfaces): mainly refer to the cylindrical inner surfaces, and also include the parts of other inner surfaces determined by a single dimension, or the surfaces measured with an inside caliper, as shown in Figure 1.
