本标准规定了电源车的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于采用定型汽车底盘改装的，装备有8kW至1250kW、额定电压为400V的工频三相交流柴油发电机组的电源车。其它燃料发电机组以及中频或双频的柴油发电机组式电源车可以参考此标准。
