This document specifies the technical requirements for the relevant dimensions required for the installation of passenger car disc wheels on hubs.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2933 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Hub
A rotating component on a vehicle that connects the wheel to the axle bearing and bears loads.
3.2 Pitch Circle Diameter of Bolt Holes
The diameter of the circle formed by the centers of the bolt holes on the wheel.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The installation dimensions for passenger car disc wheels are specified in Table 1. A schematic diagram of an aluminum alloy disc wheel is shown in Figure 1a), and a schematic diagram of a steel disc wheel is shown in Figure 1b).
4.2 The tolerance zone requirement for the center hole diameter D₂ is: H9 for aluminum alloy wheels and H12 for steel wheels. The selection of tolerance zone codes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 1800.1—2020.
4.3 The tolerance for bolt hole diameter D₃ is: +0.2 for aluminum alloy wheels and +0.3 for steel wheels.
4.4 The positional tolerance of the bolt holes shall comply with the specifications in Figure 1.
