QJ 1818-1989 Strain measurement methods for solid rocket motors 1 Subject content and application scope This standard specifies the composition, technical requirements, debugging, calibration, operation and data processing methods of the strain measurement system for solid rocket motors in standing test. This standard is applicable to the measurement of strain values for solid rocket motors (the applicable measurement range of metal shell engine is 50-6,000 μm/m, and the applicable measurement range of filament wound shell engine is 300-30,000 μm/m, and the applicable temperature range is -40°C to +100°C). 2 Normative references ZBY 117 Resistance strain gage QJ 1046 Specification for measuring pressure of solid rocket motors QJ 1275 Evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of solid rocket motor 3 Composition and uncertainty requirements of measurement system 3.1 The composition of the digital measurement system is shown in Figure 1. While the digital measurement system is recommended. 3.4 The uncertainty of the system shall meet the following requirements: a.
