Simplified method for assembling drawing of aerospace electronic products
1 Scope
This standard specifies the simplification principle of assembling drawing of aerospace electronic products as well as the simplified drawing of structural elements, assembly relationship, standard products, general products and purchased components.
This standard is applicable to simplified method for assembling drawing of aerospace electronic products.
2 Principle of simplification
2.1 When drawing the assembling drawing in a simplified way, it shall be ensured that the assembly relationship and installation position of products are clear and accurate, with the features prominent, the image easy to understand, the drawing simple and convenient for use.
2.2 The simplification of assembling drawing mainly depends on the simplification of each component of the assembling drawing, and the figure of the simplified part shall be drawn according to the proportional relationship of the whole assembly drawing.
2.3 Unnecessary views and repeated projections may be omitted under the condition of clearly expressing product features and ensuring reasonable organization of production; simplified outline may be used instead of drawing a complete view of the product. If it is unnecessary to reflect the size, shape and connecting part of the real object, the unified schematic diagram or graphic symbol may be used for expression.
2.4 Several types (pieces, kinds and groups) of the same structural elements, when concentrated on one projection drawing, may be simplified if they can be clearly distinguished without misunderstanding.
2.5 The parts that have been clearly indicated in one assembling drawing may be simplified or omitted if they appear in another assembling drawing, but the parts that still need to be processed shall be clearly indicated.
2.6 On the premise of meeting the requirements of production and use, in order to simplify the drawing of assembling drawings, it is allowed to draw the relevant charts separately and explain them in necessary words.
3 Simplification of structural elements in assembling drawings
3.1 When several identical structural elements or parts (such as various holes, louvers, teeth, slots, welding lugs and binding posts) are distributed regularly on one projection drawing, only a few representative structural figures (such as the first and the last or the outermost one) may be drawn as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the rest may be connected with thin solid lines or only be shown by their central positions.
