本规程规定了钢丝网水泥海洋渔船船体材料质量及建造工艺技术要求。
本规程适用于建造船长不大于40m,从事海洋捕捞生产的钢丝网水泥渔船,对于内河、湖泊使用的水泥渔船或其他水产辅助运输水泥船也可参照使用。
