1.0.1 This code is applicable to construction and acceptance for industrially pure titanium piping (hereinafter referred to as "piping") in petrochemical industrial enterprises with design pressure of 0~ 9.8MPa (gauge pressure) and design temperature of -60~250℃.
1.0.2 Piping construction shall not comply with this code, but shall also comply with "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping" GB 50235 "Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Hypertoxic and Combustible Medium Piping Engineering in Petrochemical Industry" SH 3501 and "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Field Equipment, Industrial Pipe Welding Engineering" GB 50236.
1.0.3 Piping construction shall comply with design document, when requires revising of design, it shall be affirmed by design department and obtain documentary evidence.
1.0.4 During the piping construction process, it must take effective measures to prevent carbon and iron polluting; it must have special processing instrument and be kept clean. Pressure test and cleaning shall adopt uncontaminated water.
1.0.5 Safety engineering and labor protection for piping construction shall comply with current relevant mandatory rules of law, standards and "Technical Code for Construction Safety in Petrochemical Engineering" SH 3505.
