2 Method Summary
The water-soluble or water-insoluble chromium (VI) compound is leached from the sample by alkaline leach liquor; the chromium (VI) in leach liquor react with 1.5-diphenylcarbahydrazide in acid solution and generate claret-colored complex, then spectrophotometric determination is carried out where the wavelength is 540nm.
