GB/T 8834-2006 Ropes - Determination of certain physical and mechanical properties 3 Technical specifications 3.1 Materials The rope is made of cotton fiber as the base material, mixed with conductive fibers, and braided in multiple strands. 3.2 Appearance 3.2.1 It is evenly braided with no loose twisting. 3.2.2 There shall be no wear, abrasion, cuts, broken strands, or other forms of surface damage. 3.2.3 The surface shall be free of contaminants and color anomalies. 3.3 Electrostatic performance requirements The electrical resistance per unit length shall be between 1×10³Ω/m and 1×106Ω/m, and the full-length resistance shall not exceed 1×108Ω.
