本规范规定了饮食业油烟最高允许排放浓度、油烟净化设备最低去除效率、非甲烷总烃最高允许排放浓度、臭气浓度限值及相关管理、监测要求。
本规范适用于深圳市行政管辖区饮食业单位经营期间的油烟排放管理，同时适用于新建饮食业单位的设计、环境影响评价和竣工环境保护验收。
本规范不适用于居民家庭油烟排放。
