为了规范建筑电气设施防火的检测，防止和减少电气火灾的发生，作为《DB11/ 065-2010 北京市电气防火检测技术规范》的补充，特制定本规则。
本标准适用于10KV及以下电力用户的电气防火检测。
本标准不适用于矿井、爆炸危险场所以及防静电、防雷和消防设施的电气防火检测。
