本标准规定了汽车车身表面液体清洗剂的术语和定义、产品分类、要求与试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以表面活性剂为主要原料、pH为4.0～10.0的汽车车身表面液体清洗剂。
本标准不适用于具有强碱性的洗液，如免擦拭洗车液、无水洗车液或车辆预洗液等。
