本标准规定了新时代企业文化绩效测评标准的测评原则、适用形式、指标体系、测评方法、测评过程以及测评结果。
本标准适用于中国文化管理协会企业文化管理专业委员会（以下简称中企文委）开展新时代企业文化绩效测评，其他组织和机构开展新时代企业文化绩效测评时也可参照本标准实施。
