本文件规定了二手非公路宽体自卸车(以下简称“二手车”)检测评估机构(含非公路宽体自卸车生产企业二手车业务部门、经销商二手车部门、二手车市场、二手车经纪公司、二手车拍卖企业、二手车用户)的条件和要求,确立了二手车检测评估程序。
本文件适用于非拆解前提下,对交易中或使用中(含尚未办理车辆转移手续)的内燃机驱动型二手车进行的检测评估活动,从事其他二手车(新能源非公路自卸车,无人驾驶非公路自卸车等)检测评估活动可参照执行。
