本标准规定了工业用压缩空气站（以下简称空压站)的工艺节能设计、工艺设备选型、公用设施、监控系统、能效设计计算、能效验收评价。
本标准适用于三相交流电源，电压不超过10kV，由电动机驱动、单机额定功率大于或等于18.5kW、排气压力在0.3MPa～1.6MPa范围的空气压缩机，供气总量大于4m3/min和空气压缩机总运行功率大于37kW的空压站的节能优化设计、改造和评价。?
本标准不适用于空分站和井下、洞内等特殊场所的空压站。
