本文件规定了预制小龙虾产品贮运流通环节的基本要求、贮存、运输、配送与销售、抽样与判定、追溯与召回、从业人员和文件管理等方面的要求。
本文件适用于预制小龙虾产品冷链贮运流通全过程。
以小龙虾为原料，经分选、清洗等预处理后，选择性地添加辅料、调味品、食品添加剂等，经相关工艺加工制作，未经熟制的非即食产品，不包括经清洗（去头或去壳）后冷冻制成的小龙虾产品。
