T/CRIA 22005-2019 Mould for tyre — Micro spring vent
1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, acceptance, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of micro spring vent for vulcanized mould for tyre.
This standard is applicable to the micro spring vent components of vulcanized mould for tyre. Other micro spring vents of rubber mould can refer to this standard.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8845, HG/T 3227.1 and HG/T 3227.2 and the following apply.
3.1
sleeve shell
a component that can accommodate core set and spring, and restrict the closed height of core set
3.2
core set
a component that fits with sleeve shell to form a closed structure and moves back and forth under the elastic force of spring
3.3
closed height
distance between the highest point of core set under the spring force and the lowest point after complete closure
3.4
close force
force required for core set to completely close from its highest point to its lowest point
3.5
ventilation flux
volume of air passing through the exhaust channel of the product within the specified pressure and time
4 Structural types
The micro spring vents are divided into integral micro spring vent and split micro spring vent. See Figures 1 and 2 respectively for the structural diagrams.
