本标准规定了即热净饮机的术语和定义、分类及命名、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250 V，其他器具额定电压不超过480 V的家用和类似用途的即热净饮机。本标准规定的产品所使用的水源应符合GB 5749要求的饮用水。
