本规则适用于《特种设备目录》中的长输管道的定期检验（注1-1）。
注1-1：长输管道是指《特种设备目录》范围内，依据GB 50251《输气管道工程设计规范》、GB 50253《输油管道工程设计规范》、GB/T 34275《压力管道规范长输管道》设计，产地、储存库、使用单位间的输送油气商品介质的压力管道，包括原油、成品油、天然气、煤层气、煤制气、页岩气、液化石油气等长距离油气输送管道。
