Type test rules for mobile crane
Article 1 The Rules is formulated according to the Type test procedures for crane with a view to standardizing the type test work for mobile crane and ensuring the quality of type test work.
Article 2 The Rules is applicable to the type test of truck cranes, wheel cranes, all-terrain cranes, crawler cranes, load cranes, container straddle carriers, front-handling mobile cranes, side-handling mobile cranes and rubber tired transtainers (hereinafter collectively referred to as “mobile crane”) type test.
Article 3 The technical indexes and requirements of the Rules are referred to the following main standards:
(1) GB/T 3811-1983 Design rules for cranes;
(2) GB/T 5905-1986 Cranes - Test code and procedures;
(3) GB 20062-2006 Mobile cranes - Limits and measurement methods for operating noise;
(4) GB/T 6068.1~6068.3-2005 Test code for truck crane and mobile crane - Part 1: General requirements; Part 2: Performance test; Part 3: Structure test;
(5) JB 8716-1998 Truck crane and wheel crane - Safety code;
(6) JB/T 4030.1~4030.2-2000 Test code for truck crane and wheel crane - Test of operating reliability; Test of travelling reliability;
(7) JG 5055-1994 Safety rules for crawler crane;
(8) GB/T 14560-1993 Technical requirement for cranes with lifting capacity up to 150 tons;

Article 4 The sample machine provided by the mobile crane manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as the “manufacturer”) shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The sample machine shall be consistent with the design drawings;
(2) The safety protection device that requires passing type test according to the regulations has passing the type test;
(3) The sample machine has been qualified upon self-inspection.
According to regulations, if the sample machine needs to be subjected to supervision and inspection, the type test shall be carried out on the basis that the supervision and inspection items are qualified.
Article 5 During the type test, the manufacturer shall provide at least the following technical documents of the sample machine:

Type test rules for mobile crane
Article 1 The Rules is formulated according to the Type test procedures for crane with a view to standardizing the type test work for mobile crane and ensuring the quality of type test work.

Article 4 The sample machine provided by the mobile crane manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as the “manufacturer”) shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The sample machine shall be consistent with the design drawings;
(2) The safety protection device that requires passing type test according to the regulations has passing the type test;
(3) The sample machine has been qualified upon self-inspection.
According to regulations, if the sample machine needs to be subjected to supervision and inspection, the type test shall be carried out on the basis that the supervision and inspection items are qualified.
Article 5 During the type test, the manufacturer shall provide at least the following technical documents of the sample machine:
