Article 1 This Regulation is formulated according to the relevant requirements of "Regulations on Safety Supervision over Special Equipment" for the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of super-high pressure vessel, preventing and reducing accidents, as well as guaranteeing the life and property safety of the masses. Article 2 This Regulation is the basic requirements for the safety of super-high pressure vessels. The production (including design, manufacture, installation, renovation and maintenance, the same below), use, inspection testing and supervision check of super-high pressure vessels shall comply with the relevant requirements of "Regulations on Safety Supervision over Special Equipment" and meet the requirements of this Regulation. Article 3 Application scope of this Regulation is as follows: (I) The super-high pressure vessels containing the gas whose design pressure is greater than or equal to 100MPa (gauge pressure, excluding the static pressure of liquid, the same below) and product of design pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa•L, or the those containing the liquid whose maximum working temperature is greater than or equal to the normal boiling point; (II) The first thread joint connected by thread between super-high pressure vessel and external pipeline or device, the first flange sealing surface connected by flange, the first sealing surface connected by special connecting pieces or pipe fittings; (III) Pressure-bearing cover and its fastening pieces of super-high pressure vessel around the opening part; (IV) Safety accessories such as rupture disk (cap), pressure gauge and thermodetector used for the super-high pressure vessels.
