Article 1 This Examination Requirements is formulated with a view to ensuring survey and assessment working quality of special equipment administrative licensing in accordance with the relevant requirements of "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" and "Regulation on Survey and Assessment Management and Supervision of Special Equipment Administrative Licensing". Article 2 This Examination Requirements is applicable to the examination of the following survey and assessment personnel: (I) Survey and assessment personnel for pressure vessel design (code RSP); (II) Survey and assessment personnel for pressure pipeline design (code DSP); (III) Survey and assessment personnel for boiler (code GZP); (IV) Survey and assessment personnel for pressure vessel (code RZP); (V) Survey and assessment personnel for pressure pipeline (code DZP); (VI) Survey and assessment personnel for lift (code TZP); (VII) Survey and assessment personnel for hoisting machinery (code QZP); (VIII) Survey and assessment personnel for passenger ropeway (code SZP); (IX) Survey and assessment personnel for amusement facilities (code YZP); (X) Survey and assessment personnel for motor vehicle in site (plant) (code NZP); (XI) Survey and assessment personnel of inspection and testing organization (code JYP); (XII) Survey and assessment personnel for gas filling (code CZP). The survey and assessment range of the survey and assessment personnel covers components, materials, safety accessories and safety protection devices of corresponding special equipment. Article 3 Survey and assessment personnel shall be provided with the following knowledge and skill: (I) Knowledge of laws and regulations, including the relevant requirements of related laws and regulations and administrative licensing; (II) Basic knowledge, including quality control and elementary knowledge of special equipment in engineering mechanics, metallic materials, metal forming and processing, welding, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, physical and chemical test, inspection and test, measurement control, electrical, mechanical design, etc. (III) Professional knowledge, including professional technical knowledge in special equipment design, manufacture, installation, reconstruction, maintenance, inspection, testing, test and gas filling; (IV) Survey and assessment skill and technique, including the knowledge of laws and regulations for corresponding special equipment licensing, classification and range of administrative licensing, licensing working procedure, survey and assessment content, method and assessment criteria, and on skill involved and related in the process implementing survey and assessment work, the skill in organization management, plan, implementation, record, assessment, report preparation, etc. to be provided in implementing survey and assessment work after special equipment manufacture, installation, improvement, maintenance licensing application and inspection and testing organization qualification approval application, flexibly utilizing professional knowledge of survey and assessment in survey and assessment activities, basic methods of field survey and assessment, and a certain survey and assessment technique. The examination content shall be determined according to licensing type, equipment category, etc. The specific content is detailed in Appendix 1 to Appendix 15. For survey and assessment personnel of different types, the specific examination content and range may be different.
