本标准规定了散装水泥立式流动罐（简称流动罐）的基本参数和技术要求，检验规则，标志、包装和运输。
本标准适用于气力进料，能耐侧向风力载荷达540Pa，但不适用于地震载荷，由钢制焊接容器而得的立式散装水泥流动罐。
