1 Scope
This standard specifies the scope of methods, apparatus, reagents, sampling and sample preparation, methods, result calculation and test report for determining chemical activity of caustic burned magnesia and active magnesia content.
This standard is applicable to determine the activity of caustic burned magnesia whose particle size is less than 0.045mm (passing through 320-mesh sieve) or less than 0.125mm (passing through 120-mesh sieve).
