1 Types and Designations



1.1 According to delivery conditions, steel rods and wires are divided into two types, and their designations are:

Cold drawn: L——drawn conventionally after heat treatment.

Soft deformed: R——pickling is carried out after bright heat treatment or heat treatment.

1.2 Steel rods and wires are divided into three types according to their constitution, and the types and designations are listed in Table 1.
