1 General
1.0.1 This standard is formulated in order to correctly use cementitious grouting materials, achieve the best performance in construction, curing and use, ensure the engineering quality, improve work efficiency and speed up the progress.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the various constructions with cementitious grouting materials.
1.0.3 During the construction of cementitious grouting materials, in addition to this standard, it shall also comply with the relevant regulations in the current GB50204 Code for construction and acceptance of concrete structures, GBJ10 Code for design of concrete structures and CECS25 Technical specification for strengthening concrete structure.
2 Nouns and terms
2.0.1
cementitious grouting material
material prepared with high-strength material as aggregate, cement as binder, and high fluidity, micro-expansion, anti-segregation and other substances as auxiliary material and may be used after adding a certain amount of water and stirring evenly on the construction site
2.0.2
self-leveling grouting
method using the good fluidity of cementitious grouting material to flow freely within the grouting range which meets the grouting requirements
2.0.3
high-level funnel method
method using the improvement of potential energy difference of the grouting to meet the grouting requirements if the fluidity of cementitious grouting materials alone may not meet the requirements during the construction
2.0.4
pressure grouting method
method to meet grouting requirements by using grouting supercharging equipment in the construction of cementitious grouting materials
3 General requirements
3.0.1 The following concrete works involving the use of cementitious grouting materials shall comply with this standard. These works include foundation bolt anchoring, secondary grouting of equipment foundation, rebar planting, concrete structure reinforcement and renovation.
3.0.2 The applicable temperature of cementitious grouting material is -100 ~ 600℃.
3.0.3 The specified construction temperature of cementitious grouting material is -5 ~ 40℃. Otherwise, corresponding measures shall be taken.
