本标准规定了牛奶中9种磺胺类药物残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)确认检测方法。本标准适用于生鲜牛奶、巴氏杀菌乳、超高温瞬时灭菌乳(UHT灭菌乳)中磺胺类药物残留量的测定。本标准的方法检出限为0.2μg/L～5μg/L,定量限为10μg/L(见附录A)。
