BMPSB establishes the "Fire Safety No.1 Action Plan for Fire Hazard Investigation and Remediation of High-rise Buildings and Underground Spaces" Leading Group and assigns Ding Shiwei (丁世伟)--the Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of BMPSB as the Group Leader, Zhang Gaochao (张高潮)--the Director of Fire Department as the Deputy Group Leader, and the Police Supervision Divisions, Public Security Stations, Bus Corps, Traffic Administration Bureaus, Fire Departments, Cultural Heritage Protection Bureaus, Population Administration Divisions as members. The Leading Group sets Office at the Fire Department to take charge of the coordination, promotion and implementation work of investigation and remediation action. The Sub-county Public Security Bureaus also shall establish corresponding organizations, formulate specific investigation and remediation plan and do the action implementation well.
