1 Scope



This standard specifies the product classifications, inspection requirements, inspection contents, inspection methods and inspection rules with regards to multi-rope friction hoist for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as "hoist").

This standard is applicable to hoists on the coal mine ground used for hoisting mineral, personnel, materials and equipment with a vertical shaft.
