FZ/T 73013-2025 Knitted swimming wear
1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification and sizing, requirements, test, sampling rules, judgment rules, product instruction, packaging, transportation and storage of knitted swimming wear.
This document is applicable to knitted swimming wear mainly made of knitted fabrics. Swimming wear made of other textile materials can be implemented as a reference. It is not applicable to swimming wears with special requirements.
Note: Special requirements refer to competitive swimming wear, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
fluorescence color
color presented when certain substances are excited and emit visible light after absorbing incident light of specific wavelengths
Note: Under ultraviolet light, it will increase the visual visibility to a certain extent.
4 Product classification and sizing
4.1 Knitted swimming wears are divided into three types: one-piece swimming wears, two-piece swimming wears, and swimming trunks.
4.2 The sizing of one-piece swimming wears shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts) or GB/T 6411. The sizing beyond the standard range may be increased or decreased in sequence according to the grading values and principles specified in the standard. They can also be marked with the suitable height range and chest circumference range according to the grading values specified in GB/T 6411.
4.3 The sizing of two-piece swimming wears shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts) or GB/T 6411. The sizing beyond the standard range may be increased or decreased in sequence according to the grading values and principles specified in the standard. They can also be marked with the suitable height range, chest circumference range, and hip circumference range according to the grading values specified in GB/T 6411. For two-piece swimming wears with cups, the upper garment can also be implemented according to FZ/T 73012.
4.4 The sizing of swimming trunks shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts) or GB/T 6411. The sizing beyond the standard range may be increased or decreased in sequence according to the grading values and principles specified in the standard. They can also be marked with the suitable height range and hip circumference range according to the grading values specified in GB/T 6411.
5 Requirements
5.1 Grading requirements
5.1.1 Products are classified into superior products, first-grade products and acceptable products in terms of the quality grade.
5.1.2 The products are graded by batches in terms of intrinsic quality and by pieces in terms of appearance quality, and shall take the lowest grade in case of a combination of both.
5.1.3 For all intrinsic quality indexes, the worst inspection result is regarded as the grading basis for this batch of products.
5.1.4 Where appearance quality problems of different product grades are found on the same product, the product shall be graded according to the lowest quality grade. For one product, only two limit surface defects of the same grade are allowed to exist; otherwise, it shall be degraded by one grade.
5.2 Inherent quality requirements
5.2.1 See Table 1 for the inherent quality requirements for knitted swimming wear.
5.2.2 The swimming wears for infants and children shall also meet the relevant requirements of GB 31701.
5.2.3 For the grading of colour, dark colour is greater than 1/12 of the standard depth and light colour is less than or equal to 1/12 of the standard depth according to GSB 16-2159.

5 Requirements
