Neckties
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection (test) methods, inspection classification rules, and all technical characteristics, such as marking, packaging, transportation and storage, of neckties.
This standard is applicable to the neckties mainly made of woven fabrics.

3 Requirements
3.1 Instructions
3.1.1 The instructions for use of finished products shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 5296.4 and GB 18401.
3.1.2 The specifications of finished products shall be in centimeters, marked with full length × blade width.
