1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements as well as test methods for students seat systems (hereinafter referred to as "seat") of special school bus and terms and their anchorages.
This standard is applicable to the student seats on the special school bus and the anchorages applied to install these seats as well as the restraining barriers installed in front of the seats on the special school bus.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions as well as those in GB 24407-201× are applicable to this standard.
3.1 Seat system
The facility installed on the vehicle for the seating of one or more passengers, including complete ornament and accessories.
3.2 Students seat system
The specialized seat system for the seating of young children and students on the special school bus.
3.3 Adjustment system
A kind of device capable to offer a comfortable seating to the passengers by adjusting the seats or their components.

3.4 Displacement system
A kind of device that makes the seat or some component movable widthways or lengthways for passengers going conveniently in and out where there is no fixed middle position.
