Limit of harmful substances of vehicle coatings 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks for package and implementation of this standard involved in the allowable limit of harmful substances of various vehicle coatings to human body and environment. This standard is applicable to, except for putties, various coatings of automobile manufacturer, automotive refinish coatings, as well as the coatings for rail transit vehicle, motorcycle (including electric motorcycles), bicycles (including electric bicycle) and other types of vehicles (including special motor vehicle, low-speed vehicle and trailer), and those for vehicle parts.
