1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging marks of the allowable limits of substances harmful to human body and environment in the coatings for toys.
This standard is applicable to various coatings for toys.

generic terms for liquid or solid coatings that can form a coating film on the surface of toys
3.2
volatile organic compound (VOC)
all organic compounds of which the initial boiling point is lower than or equal to 250°C under the standard atmosphere pressure of 101.3 kPa
