Stainless steel corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, specifications and models, materials, appearance, structure and dimensions, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and installation instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of stainless steel corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances.
This document is applicable to stainless steel corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances or gas equipment and whose conveying medium is town gas, nominal dimension is not greater than DN32, maximum working pressure is 0.01 MPa.
This document is not applicable to stainless steel corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances with dimethyl ether in the conveying medium.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

Note: Referred to as "corrugated tubes".

4 Classification, specification and model
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 According to the connection characteristics, the corrugated tubes are classified as follows:
a) Ordinary corrugated tubes: used only to connect gas pipelines to stationary gas appliances or gas equipment, code RLB;
b) Ultra-flexible corrugated tubes: can be used to connect gas pipelines or bottled LPG regulators to gas appliances or gas equipment, code CRLB.
4.1.2 According to the purposes, the corrugated tubes are classified as follows:
a) Corrugated tubes for gas meter connection: code B;
b) Corrugated tubes for the connection of gas appliances or gas equipment other than gas meters: code A.
4.1.3 According to the corrugated shape, the corrugated tubes are classified as follows:
a) Spiral corrugated tubes: the corrugated shape is spiral, code L;
b) Annular corrugated tubes: the corrugated shape is closed circular ring, code H.
