1.0.1 For the purpose of enhancing supervision and management over engineering quality and unifying acceptance rules on construction quality of building foundations so as to ensure engineering quality, this Code is hereby made as follows.
1.0.2 This Code shall be applicable to the quality acceptance of foundations in building works
1.0.3 Requirements stipulated in any of the engineering technical documents and contracts that are adopted for foundation construction shall at least attain the stipulations set forth hereof.
1.0.4 This Code shall be used in cooperation with the Unified Standard for Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering GB 50300 that is currently in force and effective
1.0.5 Acceptance of the quality of building foundations shall, in addition to this Code, comply with other related national codes and standards that are currently in force and effective.
