1.0.1 This Code is formulated with a view to strengthening the quality management of construction engineering, unifying the construction quality acceptance of masonry structures engineering and guaranteeing the engineering quality.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to construction quality acceptance for masonry structures built with brick, stone, small block, etc. in construction engineering, and it inapplicable to the stone masonry for railway, highway, hydraulical structure, etc.
1.0.3 The requirements of the technical document and the contracting contract on the construction quality acceptance in the masonry structure construction shall be lower than the one specified in this Code.
1.0.4 This Code shall be used together with the current national standard "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB 50300).
1.0.5 Besides the provisions of this standard, the construction quality acceptance of masonry structure engineering shall comply with the provisions of the related current standards of the country, beside this Code.
